La Crêpe Station est engagée dans une démarche de qualité, mais aussi désirant travailler avec des produits, des artisans et des agriculteurs locaux. Forte de cette démarche, la Crêpe Station a adhéré à l’association » Tradition Bretagne « , qui à pour but de promouvoir la qualité du blé noir breton et sa commercialisation via plusieurs meuniers ayant souscrit à la charte de qualité « Blé Noir Tradition Bretagne »
